Michael Diamond, CBSE
PRESIDENT
Michael Diamond, CBSE has literally grown up in the janitorial business. Working part time after school and summers for his dad who founded the business in 1966; Michael has developed a foundation in technical skills and management expertise that now allows him to oversee the entire company.
Michael earned a BS from Ithaca College in 1985 and immediately went to work in the janitorial field for Total Building Maintenance in NYC. His experience in New York was sought after to expand his knowledge base and work in this challenging marketplace. Returning to the family business in 1987 Michael worked for several years in a carpet installation business. Serving the facility manager and building owner with efficient and quality care helped Mike establish a stellar reputation. In 1989 his focus centered on an operations territory for the quickly growing parent company Premier Maintenance Inc. Within 2 years Michael took over the leadership of the entire operations department and assisted in Business Development and administration. Through out the nineties Michael’s efforts continued in operation but increased to include sales responsibilities. In 1998 Michael took over as President of PMI with approximately 800 employees and 360 accounts in 3 states. Since 1991 PMI has grown 400%.
Michael serves on the board Boys & Girls Village and is a Past President of IFMA - CT. He also served two terms on the Building Service Contractors Association International board of directors, an association that governs the industry. Michael is a Free Mason, and serves on many charitable committees throughout the community. Michael actively participates on the industry ‘Peer Group’ board which consists of 2 BSCAI board members, the BSCAI President and 3 other board members. The group is viewed in the industry as the best of its type and provides Michael’s companies a strong resource.

Frank J. Cepero, Director of Operations
Frank J. Cepero, the Director of Operations, has been a highly energetic and dedicated employee of Premier Maintenance Inc. for the past eight years. Frank has been integral in contributing to the growth and success of PMI.
Prior to joining PMI, Frank hailed from the New York City marketplace where his sophisticated expertise and dedication to his customers over 25 years, without union intervention, speaks to his quality service standards and ethics. Based in the Milford, CT Corporate office and overseeing offices in Norwalk and Hartford, he also directs all Connecticut operations for the company.
Frank graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the State University of NY at Fredonia with a minor in Spanish, a major asset in today's growing bilingual marketplace
Frank is an avid golfer and fisherman and loves to mountain bike. PMI benefits from the fact that the energy he exudes while Mountain biking easily spills over to motivate his work force as well.
Tim Whitlock, VP Sales, Premier Maintenance Inc.
Since joining PMI in Oct, 1979 Tim has been involved in all aspects of business development for PMI and affiliated companies. Learning the business from the ground up , Tim has helped PMI grow throughout Connecticut and Westchester County.
Growth in the Northern Connecticut marketplace, and the Westchester market have helped PMI enjoy tremendous growth in the past decade. Tim is active in BOMA, Hartford and Southern Connecticut, as well as REFA.
Tim involves himself in marketing PMI and is responsible for the submittal of all proposals and their pricing structure, as well as new business development. Tim resides in Orange, with his wife and two children.
