Now entering its 41st year of servicing the Connecticut and Westchester areas, Premier Maintenance Inc. is firmly established as a leader in its industry. PMI continues to outshine its competition because of its unique commitment to quality and personalized service.

Founded in Norwalk, CT in 1965 PMI expanded its operation to eastern and northern Connecticut in 1973. As a result of the company's phenomenal growth, PMI relocated its Corporate Headquarters to a 12,000 square foot facility in Milford, CT. servicing more than 320 accounts statewide, PMI continues to maintain a high quality office setting and detailed monitoring system for its existing branches in Norwalk and Hartford.

In 1968, PMI joined the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), an organization designed to offer professional advice and expertise to businesses in the service industries. Currently we have 2 CBSE's and 1 RBSM on staff. The BSCAI and other informational sources have afforded PMI the ability to provide its customers with exceptional and professionally maintained facilities.

Throughout Premier's 40-year history, PMI has had the opportunity to service many facets of the diverse business community. In 1983, the company established a residential maid service, which currently cleans over 100 homes per week. PMI later diversified its operation into the construction cleanup and disaster restoration field, an area that now services a variety of building contractors and insurance agents. In 1988, Premier further expanded it's capabilities by offering high rise window washing to it's existing client base and establishing this new service within the corporate community.

Premier has also expanded into the carpet sales and installation field, which has provided our customers with the comfort of dealing with an established professional service.

In 1996 and 1997 Premier acquired Diversified Maintenance of Waterbury and ServiceMaster of Waterbury. These acquisitions helped us expand into the Waterbury area with a base of approximately 100 accounts. The strengthening of our supervision and added revenue volume allows Premier greater resources for the future.

The company's outstanding growth is representative of its ability to adapt and succeed in today's competitive marketplace. PMI's philosophy of close communication between clients and employees is essential in maintaining client rapport. Additionally, the company believes it's commitment to quality and professional service will further solidify its position as a high quality leader in today's industry.
